Summer is just around the corner, welcome back everyone.
Just a friendly reminder that the membership dues should be in by May 1st.
This year the dues are $50 per lot owner.

Boat launch open
Dear Granite Hills HOA Members,
We are pleased to announce that the Boat Launch is now usable. There is no charge for the use, but the developer has advised that members are using it at their own risk.
The Docking Facility is under way, and in preparation for it, the developer is asking those members who are interested in a boat dock to indicate that now.
At this point, the approximate price (estimate only) to rent a regular size half dock will be $700.00 and to rent a large size half dock will be $1,400.00
If you have not signed up yet, please forward your name, Granite Hills address, phone number,email, interest in a lift, type/size of boat
via contact us and we will forward the compiled list to the developer.
