2023 MARINA DECALS
Sarah will be available at the Tournament Room from 9:30 am to 12 noon on Saturday
May20th to hand out FOBs and 2023 decals.
All boats moored in the marina or using the boat launch are required to have a 2023 decal.
Decals are to be affixed to the lower right (starboard) of the windshield of the watercraft.

2022 Marina Decals
Sarah will be available at the tournament room from 9:30 am to 12 noon on Sunday May 22nd and Monday May 23rd to hand out 2022 marina slip decals and FOBs.
All Granite Hills lot owners who are not renting a boat slip but have a FOB are required to obtain a 2022 decal for the boat launch.
Decals are to be affixed to the lower right (starboard) of the windshield of the watercraft.

Important Marina Notice
Due to work being done on the gate of the marina this weekend, there will be no access to the boat launch and marina until next Saturday, May 8.
The development directors apologize for this inconvenience. The marina season and access to the boat launch will be extended by one week at the end of the season as compensation.
Please be advised that all applicants for a slip or FOB should report next Saturday, May 8th 2021 to the Tournament Building during the hours of 9 a.m. till 12:00 noon in order to pick up their slip decal and FOB.
Be advised also, that the pro shop staff shall only deal with golf clients.
All other enquiries for information regarding boat slips or launch access should be directed to the GHHOA via this web site.

If you have not already received an email update from us with regard to Marina Rules and Regulations, and you are interested in a slip or access to the boat launch. Please let us know asap by contact us.

Thanks to Gilles and company who have been very busy during these cold winter days. There are now 26 slips that should be ready in the spring.

Marina Update March 14th
Boat launch open
Dear Granite Hills HOA Members,
We are pleased to announce that the Boat Launch is now usable. There is no charge for the use, but the developer has advised that members are using it at their own risk.
The Docking Facility is under way, and in preparation for it, the developer is asking those members who are interested in a boat dock to indicate that now.
At this point, the approximate price (estimate only) to rent a regular size half dock will be $700.00 and to rent a large size half dock will be $1,400.00
If you have not signed up yet, please forward your name, Granite Hills address, phone number,email, interest in a lift, type/size of boat
via contact us and we will forward the compiled list to the developer.
