Special Covid-19 Meeting procedures.
- If you feel sick please do not attend the AGM meeting.
- The room at the golf course will be setup to allow for social distancing.
- It is not mandatory, however we are suggesting that all participants wear a mask.
- Hand-Sanitize when you enter and leave the meeting.
- Please Pre-Register via email or contact us.

AGM Notice July 12th 2020, 10:00 am
In order to limit interaction and set up the space for the meeting appropriately please pre-register by July 4th by doing the following:
1. Download a member designate form from the website, fill it out and email it to us.
a) If the member designate is attending only the member designate form needs to be filled out
b) If the member designate is sending a proxy, then both forms need to be filled out.
2. Please use e-Transfer to pay your membership fee.
3. Please check this website before the meeting for any changes regarding COVID-19 requirements.

Update from RM regarding Development Agreement
The following letter was sent to the Developer from the RM.
A copy was also provided to a board member of the association.

Below is a response in an email that was sent on February 17, 2016 that gives an answer to if the water at Granite Hills is “potable”.

Hi David,
Thank you very much for providing us the letter sent out by Granite Hills Estates. Sorry for the late reply. I was away last week.
Please note that water from the Granite Hills Estates public water system’s distribution does not meet the drinking water quality standards. A boil water advisory was issued on February 2012 due to inadequate treatment of the source water and will remain in effect until an appropriate treatment system is in place. As indicated in the Boil Water Advisory notice issued by the Medical Officer of Health, tap water from the Granite Hills Estates distribution system should only be consumed if it has been boiled for at least one minute.
