Please note that if the Lot Owner will be in attendance then only Schedule A of the form needs to be filled out. Schedule B is used if the Lot Owner wishes to assign a Proxy for voting.
Unpaid membership fees can be paid at the meeting or by e-transfer in advance to ghhoa.exec@gmail.com Auto deposit is enabled.
The AGM meeting is open to all Granite Hills Estates lot/cottage owners.
Members in good standing with the GHHOA may vote at the meeting.
