Boat launch open
Dear Granite Hills HOA Members,
We are pleased to announce that the Boat Launch is now usable. There is no charge for the use, but the developer has advised that members are using it at their own risk.
The Docking Facility is under way, and in preparation for it, the developer is asking those members who are interested in a boat dock to indicate that now.
At this point, the approximate price (estimate only) to rent a regular size half dock will be $700.00 and to rent a large size half dock will be $1,400.00
If you have not signed up yet, please forward your name, Granite Hills address, phone number,email, interest in a lift, type/size of boat
via contact us and we will forward the compiled list to the developer.

Year End Windup
Hi Folks
By all measures this years windup was a great success!
The weather was fantastic, and the food and festivities were awesome. It was really great to see our community come together for this fun social event. This is what we all have in mind when it comes to building community spirit.
Congrats to Brad and Elaine on winning the first annual Bocce tournament. The competition was intense, and we had to bring out the lights to close out the final event. I think we should commission Shelly to forge a trophy for this event. Thank you to Elaine for organizing this for us.
